Cozy Pet Nooks and Treat Jars: 6 Finds for the Pets in the House
Updated September 3, 2026
Pets choose their own spots and they are rarely the ones you picked. This is a short list of the spots worth buying anyway: two enclosed beds for the ones who want to disappear, a window seat for the ones who want to supervise, raised bowls for dinner, and two jars so the treats stop living in a torn bag.

PETMAKER Indoor Cat Bed Tent with Removable Foam Cushion, Brown
A small covered tent bed in polyester with a polyurethane foam cushion inside, which the seller says gives joint support for aging pets. Intended for cats, kittens, rabbits, ferrets and guinea pigs. The listing contradicts itself twice, so we quote neither number: the bullets give 13 x 13 x 14.5 inches while the seller's own dimension photo says 13.5 x 13.5 x 15.75, and the bullets say hand wash in cold water while the gallery says machine washable.

Kitty City Felt Round Cat Bed Cave, Gray
A domed felt cave with a faux leather trim around a 10 inch opening, measuring 19 by 19 by 14 inches. The seller says the shell keeps its shape with constant use and the cushion inside is machine washable. Note this one runs low on stock often.

Zakkart Cat Window Perch, 100% Metal Supported from Below, White
A window perch made of 100 percent iron that holds up to 40 lbs, with triangular arms bracing it from below rather than cables from above, so the seller states it stays put when cats jump on and off. The sherpa covered bed is machine washable and it needs no tools to fit. Worth measuring first: the seller's own diagram calls for a window at least 22 by 12.5 inches.

CEEFU Elevated Ceramic Cat Bowls, Extra Wide, Set of 2
Two raised ceramic bowls, 6.2 inches wide and 5 inches tall, shallow and wide enough that the seller says they prevent whisker fatigue. The two are deliberately not identical: the food bowl is shallow like a plate, the water bowl is deeper. Free of lead and cadmium, dishwasher safe, and heavy enough at over 3.6 lbs that the seller says they will not tip easily.

Creative Co-Op Ceramic Dog Treat Jar with Woof Message and Bone Handle Lid
A ceramic treat jar with a bold Woof message and a bone-shaped handle on the lid, 6 inches round by 8.5 inches high, for dog treats or dry pet food. The seller's own dimension photo confirms both numbers. One thing the listing is clear about and we repeat: the spec table marks it not dishwasher safe.

Bone Dry Lattice Collection Pet Treat Canister with Bamboo Lid, Nautical Blue
A ceramic treat canister in a navy paw-print lattice with a bamboo lid, 4 by 6.5 inches, holding up to 4.5 cups. The ceramic body is dishwasher safe; the bamboo lid is hand wash only. The seller states plainly that the lids are not airtight, so we do not claim they are.
If you buy one thing, make it the window perch. It is the only item here that gives a cat something they cannot get anywhere else in the room. Measure the window first though - the seller's diagram calls for at least 22 by 12.5 inches. The raised bowls are the quiet upgrade: shallow and wide at 6.2 inches so whiskers stay out of the way, and heavy enough not to skate across the floor. Two things to know before ordering. The Woof jar is not dishwasher safe, and the bamboo lid on the paw canister is hand wash only and, in the seller's own words, not airtight.
